Billing & Software Changes

Our billing system is due for an update so over the course of the next 5 months, we will be making some changes that you may notice. So what does this mean for you?

 

  • Billing Schedule may be Changing
    We will begin adjusting billing cycles so that all customers will be billed on the same schedule. Cycle adjustments will be taking place between February and May. Depending on your prior cycle, you may see either credits or charges to adjust you to the new schedule.

 

  • Your Bill will look Different
    Statements generated after June 1, 2014 will have a new look. The new format itemizes monthly charges and is easier to read. There is also more room for us to communicate important information to you in the statement message portion of the bill.

 

  • Your Account Number will be Changing
    Every customer's account number will be changed. If you pay online through your bank, please update your bank account with the new account number as soon as you receive it to ensure your payments are posted properly.

 

  • Auto-pay will be Temporarily Disabled
    Because of the changes in billing cycles and account numbers, we are not currently able to process recurring payments for customers that have signed up for our autopay service. Improved automatic payment services will be available once our systems conversion is complete effective May 1, 2014. In the meantime, customers can continue to make one-time payments pay online through our e-payment portal.

 

  • More Online Options Available
    Once the conversion is complete, you will have an increased ability to manage your account using our online services. Customers will be able to make payments, register for recurring payments, view statements and sign up for e-statements through our website.


We understand that some of these changes may pose an inconvenience to our customers in the short term, but we are excited to implement new technologies that will offer more flexibility with your account once the process is complete.     Reminder:  Our drivers work all holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas.  Check out the Holiday Schedule for your service area to view office closures for all holidays.
